Phase 3: Sourcing Industrial Equipment

Normal fans won't work here. We order heavy-duty, industrial-grade blowers and motors designed to run 24 hours a day in terrible conditions without breaking.

We fabricate thick, heavy-gauge steel ducts in our workshops. If your factory has explosive gases, we order special "explosion-proof" motors that won't create dangerous sparks. We handle all the heavy logistics to get these giant parts to your site.

Phase 4: Safe Industrial Installation

Our team brings cranes and heavy lifting gear to safely mount the massive exhaust fans onto your factory roof and hang the giant steel ducts from the ceiling.

Because factories are dangerous places, our installation team follows the strictest safety rules in the industry. We work carefully around your active production lines, welding and sealing the metal pipes so no toxic fumes can leak back into the worker areas.

Phase 5: Performance Testing & Handover

Before we leave, we prove the system works. We use digital tools to measure the speed of the air pulling the smoke away from the machines.
